I wanted my matric dance dress to feel like me,somthing simple, elegant, and a bit magical. I've always loved those old Hollywood style gowns with just the right amount of sparkle, and when i saw this ons, i knew it was perfect.

Wat beteken jou matriekafskeidrok vir jou?

That dress will always remind me of the feeling i has walked into the venue, seeing everyone dressed up, and realizing this was the end of such a big part of my life. It was more than just fabric and sparkle, it was a way of saying goodbye to school, and hello to what comes next.

Hoogtepunt van die matriekafskeid

One of the best parts of my matric farwell was taking photos with my family before the event. We lauvhed, took to many pictures, and just enjoyed the moment. Walking into the venue felt surreal, like everthing i'd been waiting for was finally happening.

Planne vir na matriek

After school I plan to move to George to study sport science,something I'm really passionate about. I've always loved being active and invloved in sport,so I want to keep that part of my life alive by also coaching younger students and helping them grow in confidence and skill. Most importantly, I want to do all of this through Jesus Christ, keeping him at the centre of my journey,my studies and my future.
