My Dress was designed by the talented Stephen van Eeden. From the moment that I met him , he exactly knew what I wanted. My Matric Dance was in July in the middle of winter and therefore I went for a Burgundy Velvet Colour. I wanted a dress that is Classic, floor length timeless yet sophisticated. I wanted an off shoulder neckline with a powerful impression that will standout in a crowd.my dress is classic with a modern twist.

I only have one Matric Dance. I wanted a memory that will remind me one day that it was the closure of one chapter and the excitement of a new beginning a dress that showcased a balance of grace and boldness- unique and exquisite like me.

My dress made me feel confident and beautiful. The back of my dress had buttons from the top right to the bottom of my train. I loved that it had a little loop at the bottom which made it easy to move around and not step on the dress. It also had a built in corset. My cloves was also designed and made by Stephen. I wore minimal accessories my dress did the talking!
